Praying for others in need and sickness

There is great need in the world the sacred, prayer and specifically prayers for sick children, victims of senseless crimes and our loved ones.

We get so caught up in our busy lives that we forget to care for others, specifically when it comes to their spiritual needs. God teaches us in the Bible that we have a responsibility to pray and care for each other.  Somehow these simple truths became buried in our modern lifestyle and we find it hard to pray for ourselves and our own families, let alone strangers whom we have never met.

Daily prayer and conversations with God are an essential part of our lives. It helps us  to stay focused on God, the positive things in our lives and the small things in life that we should be grateful for. By praying for others, we often realise how small and insignificant our problems are compared to those of others.

I have therefore dedicated my time to collecting prayer requests that I post on this website. Please join us in prayer for these special people and their unique challenges in life.

I also use Twitter to post shorter daily prayers and I am happy to post your prayer anonymously on twitter if you prefer. My Twitter site is called Prayers 2 Heaven. I use Twitter like a prayer wall. It is totally up to you. Just let me know in your email how you would like your prayers posted. By default shorter versions of your prayer would be posted on Twitter anonymously.
